As a rule, exhibitors and visitors apply for a business or tourist invitation. Once the invitation is ready, they can independently apply to the local consulate of the Russian Federation to obtain a visa to Russia.

INVITATION FOR A BUSINESS VISA
A regular business visa is suitable for business visits to Russia aimed at negotiating, concluding contracts, participating in exhibitions, conferences, or other business meetings and events.
- A business visa is issued on behalf of a legal entity registered in Russian Federation. According to the cooperation agreement with ITE, Visa-Russian.ru, represented by Travelmart Service LLC, can act as an inviting organization for exhibitors, visitors, and partners of ITE exhibitions.
- An invitation for a double-entry business visa valid for up to 90 days is the most common type of a business invitation.
- It takes 20 business days to process a business invitation. After that, one should apply for a visa in the Consulate of the RF.
INVITATION FOR A TOURIST VISA TO RUSSIA
The easiest and fastest way to obtain a visa to the Russian Federation is to obtain a tourist visa.
- A visa voucher may be issued within one (1) business day.
- It may be issued for a period of stay in Russia up to 30 days with the right of a single entry.
- it is obligatory to book accommodation for the entire period of stay in Russia via Visa-Russian.ru.
