Dmitry Zavgorodniy
CEO, ITE Group
Dmitry joined the company in November 2017. Previously, Dmitry held top management positions in companies related to the food industry, such as “Tata Global Beverages Eastern Europe”, “McCain”, “Mars”, and others. From 2012 to 2017, Dmitry served as a Board member for agricultural holdings “Black Earth Farming”, “Alma Holding”, and “United Meat Group”. Dmitry holds a Master's degree in International Relations (Inalco — Langues O') and a Master's degree in Economic and Political Problems (University of Sorbonne).

Katerina Filunets
GM, ITE Dubai
Katerina is an experienced business leader with a strong international background in strategy, operations, and M&A across Canada, the UK, Russia, and the US. She has held managerial roles in diverse industries, including a tenure in management consulting at KPMG, where she worked on strategic growth and market expansion projects.
Katerina joined ITE Group in 2018 as Strategy Director. In 2024, she took on the role of General Manager in Dubai, driving the company’s growth in the MENA region.
With deep expertise in international trade and market development, Katerina fosters partnerships with governments, embassies, and trade associations to strengthen ITE Group’s global events. A strategic thinker and results-driven leader, Katerina is passionate about expanding ITE Group’s reach and delivering high-impact events that drive business growth worldwide.
Her academic credentials include an MBA from Cambridge University (UK), an MSc in Finance from George Washington University (USA), and advanced financial training from Wall Street Prep & the CFA Institute (USA). She also holds a BA in Finance from Finance University (Russia).
Muyessara Tursun
GM, ITE China
Muyessara joined ITE Group in 2005, becoming the founder of ITE China.
Before that, she honed her diplomatic and international relations skills through her work at the embassy. Armed with rich management experience, Muyessara has developed a sharp understanding of market dynamics and demonstrates precise market control abilities. Her strategic insights are both unique and forward-thinking, enabling her to navigate complex international markets with ease.
Under her leadership, ITE China has thrived, successfully helping numerous Chinese products, services, and brands break into the global market.
Muyessara holds an MBA from Beijing Normal University, further strengthening her expertise in business strategy and leadership.
